Our Story

Greenland AC is a family business. We opened our doors in 2006 as a small, family-owned heating and cooling company, and we've grown the same way we started — one house, one repair, one referral at a time. Today we work out of our shop on Debby Street in Van Nuys, right in the middle of the San Fernando Valley communities we serve.

The way we work hasn't changed much since day one. We show up when we say we will, look at the actual problem in front of us, and explain your options in plain language. For installations and replacements, the on-site estimate is free — we'd rather you understand exactly what you're buying before a single part is ordered. We're licensed, bonded, and insured (CSLB C-20 #1122606), so every job is done to code and backed by a real contractor's license.

We stand behind everything we do with a warranty on all our work, and that promise is the reason most of our new customers come from word-of-mouth. Referrals only happen when the last job went well, so we treat every project — a quick part swap or a full system replacement — as the one that decides our reputation.

Our goals for every home are simple: cleaner indoor air, lower cooling and heating costs, and a safe, efficient system that doesn't fail when you need it most.
